Ordered pajama with pet pictures on them and they billed my visa and never sent. Said they were but I called them out via my Chase Visa and an email as the phone # is fake.

No order updates, or responses to emails. Upon doing some searching on the internet, many other people have posted on Facebook about having the same experience. Also either not receiving their order, and receiving a product of less desirable quality.

Takes money. no item received. no emails. no phone answer. no contact. Read FB and IG hundreds of people complaining and no response. Yet they continue to show ads as if they are legit company and take money.
