Ordered Polar Pod Ice Bath System. They initially responded and said Shopify was giving them problems and said they would be able to ship soon. We never received the product and they kept our money.

I ordered a PolarPod ice bath in September. Support contacted me to let me know there would be a delay in delivery. Now, the site is gone and the email is no longer active. I still haven't received anything, and they no longer have a site.
