On March 19, 2023 I purchased the Prince Charming Experience Buy 2 Get 1 Free wig special in the amount of $750 through Zelle to his mother’s Navy Federal account. I have a voice recording of Richard confirming my order and was told that it would be 7-12 days for shipping. April 6th 2023 comes After constant messaging promising to deliver he sent me a lengthy personal message that had nothing to do with me as a paying customer so then, I contacted the name of the lady listed on the account in which I have a recorded conversation to try and resolve this matter due to her now being involved. Long story short it is now May 29th 202 this man blocked me in January from one social media account and then sent me a message from his other account once again promising my order in which I have screenshots of all communication. At this point I only want my money back, he has the audacity to then say that he doesn’t have money to send out. The way he argues with his customers about paid services that he has failed to provide is absolutely disgusting. A Class Action Lawsuit is needed and from my understanding there are well over 100 victims and still to this very moment he continues to scam and deceive people by playing on the emotion of women who suffer from hair loss. He needs to be stopped.
