This company advertised an indestructible toy for pets. I paid A$47 x 3 for Christmas presents to family pets who do not reside at the same residence. The toys lasted less than 6 weeks before they were torn apart putting 2 of the pets (small dogs) at risk of choking on the plastic squeeker inside. I have contacted the company who insist on me sending a video of the toys being destroyed. I have sent photos but they will not accept this. I told them i dont have video. There is nothing on their website that says i must have a video to request a replacement or refund. They have sent numerous emails saying they want to resolve the matter but that simply means ‘go away’. They will not acknowledge the false advertising or the product failure. Do not buy this product. They are dangerous. I could have bought these for $2 in my own country but thought i was buying quality. There is no quality in the product or their management of complaints

Product is described as indestructible made with denim. In fact product is made of cotton and easily destroyed within minutes. Over 2000 negative reviews on Shop and Amazon stating the same thing.

Purchased dog toys labeled as indestructible and still waiting on my order. They claim they do not have my order number but I copied the order number and receipt with payment of 53.00.

Purchased dog toys labeled as indestructible and arrived and torn up in 30 seconds. Requested refund and was advised I had to provide pictures and videos of before, during and after destruction in order to receive a single replacement toy and no refunds offered

As soon as I saw the quality of the toys I knew they’d be torn up in seconds so I actually had before during and after pics and videos which i supplied to them and now they are ignoring my requests
