I made a purchase recently for a queen sized puffly blanket which also said they would throw the pillow cases in for an additional cost. So my total came up to about $50. But i noticed something seemed off after the purchase i did not receive an email confirmation. So i stared to google the name of the company and thats how i found out it might be a scam. I really hate being scammed on Facebook ads so from now on im gonna google the companies name before placing a order

I received an ad via Facebook for these cozy looking comforters and so I bought one, assuming that Facebook wouldn’t promote ads for fake companies... well I went back to check on the status of my order and obtain tracking information only to find that the website no longer exists and they have used my payment information to set up a reoccurring withdrawl from my account! Guess I’ll be closing that account now..smh

I ordered 2 blankets online and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them due to not having received my package from OnTrac and they haven’t responded back with the location and whereabouts my stuff is. I’ve emailed puffily website several times to no avail.
It’s frustrating cuz I spent $33 for shipping costs.

I placed an order in the beginning of Dec 2020 and used Afterpay. I had an email saying Thank you and your order will ship 7-10 days but allow delays due to holidays, understood. Then I could not get anyone to respond after numerous emails to Sincere Sally and Puffly. Sincere Sally emailed me with a computer generated response and had the nerve to address me as "Honey" and that they don't have anything to do with this. I could write all day about my experience which has been awful. I tried to cancel my order after 3-4 weeks especially after I tried to track my order it said nothing existed. My order finally arrived after over 2 months, I already did not want it no matter what but it is a Horrible product and they finally answered me with one email asking for pics of the product and what I'm unhappy about. They said they don't give refunds on sale items ! I attempted to cancel before I finally received my terrible junk blanket. They will not return your messages, it's a fake website and they product is advertised as Blanket but in the Fake reviews it claims to be a beautiful luxurious Duvet. I did see on their website that suddenly they magically changed a statement in fine print that they have a 30-day money back policy...Ha Ha !!! That is still ridiculous. You won't get your product before the 30 days is up either so they really have tried to make it worse. They took my money for $124.96 and I had been in contact with Afterpay telling them I wanted to stop payments and start a refund process and they kept putting me off also. I would say buyer beware and I will keep submitting emails to them until I get my $$ back.

On company website, it states that they ship directly from USA warehouse and delivery would be 3 weeks. I made purchase online back in October or November of 2020. Here it is February 2021 and nothing! I looked up order and used my USPS informed delivery to get info... this product is from China and now Im sure this company is a scam. I got taken and its a lesson learn but this company needs to be shut down. I have asked for a refund but who knows what will happen.

I saw their ad on Facebook, saw you could pay with afterpay so I thought it was a legit company. Paid almost $100 to get the blanket. 1 month passed i got an email reporting a delay then my entire order was gone as was the tracking #. 2 plus months later I got my blanket that was supposed to be a queen size blanket and it was a cheap, small throw blanket with throw pillow cases. No one will respond. No numbers. Can't believe I fell for this.

It appears I have fell for a Facebook Scam. The blankets were listed online with a website and check out portal. After checkout online, Payment was withdrawn from my account and a confirmation email was sent to me with a tracking label number. The Tracking label lists that it was created but is not yet in the system. I have been waiting for a response from their support email, that does not answer or respond, as I have asked for a response on when shipping will be estimated. I paid 20 dollars for additional expedited shipping to try and get this as a gift for Christmas. No answers, no responses . Simply robbed . SCAM

I saw an ad for this "puffy blanket" on Facebook, and purchased through the pufflyblankets.com website and paid through Afterpay. I never received any tracking information or order confirmation from them, but I began to get charged with my debit card on file with Afterpay. On Afterpay, it says I purchased from Sincere Sally.. I contacted the vendors through various social media sites and email, and Sincere Sally said they can't do anything and to contact Puffly Blankets, which is part of Sincere Sally Ltd. Puffly Blankets then told me they have no order information for my purchase and it's been over two weeks. They asked me to send a screenshot of my order, but they never sent me an email at all about my order. I've been in contact with Afterpay, and they've said they're looking into it, but it's been a week of being in contact with them and I haven't gotten much help aside from them moving my auto payment to a later date so they can "investigate." I've sent them multiple screenshots of other people having issues, as well as screenshots of my correspondence with Sincere Sally and Puffly Blankets and they will not refund or cancel the auto payment.
