I ordered $200 worth of puppets on 10-4-24 and have yet to receive them. Phone calls to store unsuccessful until today when they told me it’s not their problem since it was shipped from their “supplier” and they have no way to contact them. They refuse to reimburse my credit card, swore at me on the phone and said “good luck trying to get your money back”.
