Type of a scam Credit Cards
Placed an order online. No contact or product for 30 days. Emailed to cancel the order and was told the order was already sent. No order received.
Disputed the charge with my American Express. The Purr Shop told AMEX that they would be refunding the money.
No refund. Emailed (and called- you never get customer service [scam])..was notified in an email that the order shipped. Next- tracking says “ order being held at post office per customer request”(more lies).
They seem to be sending an empty box around the country to show tracking, but customer never receives anything.
This began April 1,2021. Today is July 28,2021.
STILL no refund or product.
Emails are from “Freya” and “Jade”.
P.S. the UPS Tracking email is 5 pages long. Too larg to attach.
