This person uses ebay to put up legit pictures of a car knowing its not for sale to get you to buy it. Then sends you an email claiming there legit and then when you purchase the vehicle they claim its an issue with shipping the vehicle that you have to purchase more insurance to have it shipped. They will answer the phone and when you give them this fake invoice number and they realize you have caught on to the scam they hang up on you.
