Never Spend Your Money Here

Ordered the “AZUL” swimsuit on 07/05/23. Processing time is 3 weeks because items are “handmade”. on 08/08/23 messaged her telling her I never received a confirmation email or tracking number. On 08/18/23 she said my “oder” prepared for shipment. Today is 09/04/23 and I still have no confirmation email, no tracking number, and no item. She posting herself modeling new items on her instagram and claiming she’s “responding to all emails” but she’s not. It looks aesthetically pleasing and legit, but please don’t be fooled. I’m currently disputing this charge with my bank.

I went on this website and ordered a dress. I was told there was a four week production time after four weeks I reached out and she told me the dress would ship that following Monday. It’s been about three weeks since she said the dress would ship and I still don’t have it nor has she responded to my last email.

I ordered a pair of “custom” pants from this company. I had to email them when I ordered for my confirmation email. They sent it & then while went by I never received tracking so I emailed them. They sent me a tracking number that was never valid. I kept trying to track it. I finally then emailed them asking for a refund & they said that they would refund me my full amount back wishing 10 business days. 14 business days went by & I emailed them again asking about my refund they never responded. I emailed them multiple times I still haven’tgot a respond. They have a instagram page that they are posting on saying that they are responding to all emails & that they have responded to all emails but I have yet to get a response about my refund.
