I purchased four thermometers on behalf of a charitable organization using federal grant dollars. The page directs you to pay through a paypal account. I never received email confirmation after paying. I got no receipt, no shipping information and the product never came. I made countless attempts to contact this company through their website and through paypal with no response. I attached a screenshot I took of my confirmation page on their site, which I can no longer access. I also have a copy of my paypal receipt. I can't leave a review on their site because it says you have to be logged in to leave a review, however, there is no way to create an account or log in at all.
