I ordered 3 sets of winter gloves, was charged via credit card almost immediately, then was sent an order confirmation. I subsequently attempted to contact them no less than 5 times via email because no shipping confirmation ever arrived, and more recently, I’ve reached out to them on Facebook. Initially I attempted to make contact to get an update on my order, but when I still wasn’t getting a response, I felt became worried that it may be a fraudulent site and decided to request a refund (well within the 14 day requirement they list on their webpage). Still no answer. I resorted to Facebook because they appeared to be somewhat active on their page responding to comments, but the further I looked, it became apparent that 95% of their comments were filtered, with only “positive” comments being permitted. I just want my money back, and I want to be done with this terrible company. They have no local phone number listed, only one in Germany (which I’m not about to try and get scammed on that too), and there’s no customer service chat, only an email address. I clearly should have looked into their company further prior to ordering, but in the holiday rush I did not. I would like the company to contact me with documentation of a refund being processed - I no longer want my order because I don’t want the hassle of returning a crappy product, I very simply want my order cancelled and my money returned immediately.
