I purchased a nitro coffee machine from this company November 2023. I never received the product despite emailing the company, contacting them on Facebook, and Instagram. I attempted to contact a representative several times with not response. On their Facebook page, I found two other customers complained about the same issue. I disputed the charge on my debit account, but it was just reversed, putting my account into overdraft without any contact or attempt of resolution from this company.
