I was called by a lady saying she was with CHI Memorial Hospital "procurement department" in Chattanooga, TN (where our business is located) and they were selling space on bags they were giving patients on discharge. They said they don't take credit cards so we have to mail a check to them. We mailed it in May of 2024 and emailed them our business logo, company name and phone number to go on the advertisement. After that we could not contact them they have not returned any call or email. I called the original phone number that called to tell me about the program and it was disconnected. I called CHI Memorial Hospital and they do not have a procurement department and they do not give out bags with company names to patients discharging. The street address they gave is a PO Box.
