I purchased a skin care product on the website. I realized the next day that I never received a confirmation email or invoice, and the charge on my card was $120 more than what I had paid for so I reached out via email. They simply asked me if $290 is correct, I replied that it was not correct and that my order was shipped with no further details. I asked what item was shipped?? And requested a tracking number and an invoice. I received none of those and I received no product 1 month later.
