My husband was searching for a round-trip flight from Denver to Lisbon, Portugal on the Delta website. The scammer initiated a call and introduced himself as Ronn Parker with the Sky Team. Offered help with the booking. He said he can book the flights for my husband and me with the level of comfort Delta Premium Select.

This is a quote from his email: "Total Ticket Cost : USD 4862.52 $ for 2 Passengers (Inclusive of all taxes and fees) (Non Refundable Charge).

Please Note: Your credit card maybe billed in multiple transactions not exceeding the total quoted amount.

Seat Assignment : Seats will be assigned at the airport/after the issuance

Cabin : Delta Premium Select. "

There were two charges on our credit card. One was for the official cost of the Comfort Plus tickets $3767.30, and another one was for $1088.82. We got the tickets. But he never assigned the seats at the promised comfort level Delta Premium Select and stopped answering our calls.
