I received a snow removal contract for season Dec to April by email from Parliment snow removal company, they requested the payment via etransfer which I sent. I have the name of person who accepted the funds in my email box and after many requests for a receipt, they emailed me the receipt but not on official business letterhead. I have text messages through their phone 819 414 0959 but I'm ignored, no snow removal has been done at my address December 15th snow storm recently. They keep telling me by text it will be done but they refuse to actually call me on my cell so I can confirm when. Cell # they use does have a voice-mail but never return calls or email replies.
