Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 10/24/19 I sent an email asking if my order was shipped yet, as I had not received any tracking information. I was told that my order would be completed later that week and that I should receive it in 1-2 weeks.
I contacted them again on 10/28/19 to inquire again as to if my order was shipped? I was told that they wait a few days for tracking information to show but they assured me my package was on the way!
On 11/12/19 I emailed them AGAIN simply asking for the tracking number to my order. They stated that they were working on issues with the shipping company and packages getting stuck in customs. They assured me that they would send me information about my package soon.
I contacted them again on 11/20/19, completely irate and just wanted some sort of information about my order. At this point it had been over 30 business days since my purchase and I had no more information than on the day I completed my purchase.
After receiving NO REPLY, I emailed them for a FIFTH time demanding information about my order. Their response? It is still stuck in customs! There is no package coming. They just took my money and keep lying to me!
