I booked the appointment through her Instagram website handle: @therealstichologist
She sent me a message requesting I send her a picturre of me taken with my ID card so that she wouldn't be at risk of chargebacks.
She notified me 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time that she needed to push my appoinment back 90 minutes. I had already left my house to her location and when I tried to contact her via text, calls and voicemail she did not respond nor return my calls.
I arrived at her location and she was only halfway finished with her current client and asked me to come back in 90 minutes, saying I could not wait in her rental space.
Upon return she demanded I take a picture with my ID before she rendered services. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that since I had already prepaid, but I would take a picture after she had braided my hair. She refused a compromise.
She wanted proof to send to my bank of my picture taken before she had provided the service, in essence stealing my money and claiming she had provided a service when she actually hadn't.
