I received an ad on Facebook for a sale at The Tinsley Sisters, Southlake Tahoe, CA from TheTinsleySisters-Tahoe.com. The ad said that the sisters may need to close their online business do to slow sales and since I try to support the businesses in the Tahoe area, I placed an order for $143.91. The ad stated that you could return items if needed for free and that it was an easy process. I wanted to return the items and when I went to the website it did not have the information to make returns, only an email address at [email protected]. I have sent four emails requesting the information with no response. They do not list a phone number. Now when you Google this business, you find the name but when you click on the business it now goes to a business in Palm Beach, Florida that is named The Whitneys Palm Beach, Florida.
