I paid 8.98 for a product I never received and then they charged my credit card twice for 16.99 I didn’t authorize I only authorized the 8.98 I emailed them and they are trying to tell me opt in vip to not be charged shipping and handling I told them I didn’t opt in no vip I never made an account to opt in vip they are not trying to refund the money so I locked my credit card and I have to dispute the charges on Monday

I bought something from them on April 29th for $10.98 and I want my money back NOW! I sent them a(n) email Thursday afternoon and now today is Saturday, and they never gotten in contact with me. I need something to be.

I ordered a trainer which was supposed to be 7$ without the 4.99$ shipping cost and they said they would email me with a confirmation. It says the money has been taken out of my account at my bank. I ordered it on April 21st it’s now May 5th and I just got another notification from my bank that they have taken an additional 16.99$ added to the price I already payed which was 13.99$. They keep taking my money and I have no idea why.

I saw an ad on Snapchat about this razor called SkinGlow, it's supposed to be a painless razor, I decided to check it out since I wanted a product like that. I clicked on the link and it took me to the Trendy Apple website and it showed the razor that was advertised on Snapchat. The Snapchat ad also mentioned that the website was having a big sale and that the razor was now selling for $1 (not including the $4.99 shipping), originally being $30. I thought it was a good deal so I bought it and got the confirmation email. A couple of weeks went by and I checked the order, it hadn't even shipped. I waited a couple more weeks, nothing changed. I sent an email and I got a response saying there was a high demand and to please be patient. I waited a little while longer, still got no updates. I sent another email saying I either needed to get my package delivered to me or I get a refund and I got an email back saying the same thing as the previous one. I ordered this razor on February 26th and there still haven't been any updates. I sent an angry email demanding my money back but I don't want to take any chances so I'm writing this report.

This literal same thing happened to me. And for the same product! I ordered the razor and a perfume from them in the begining of March and it is now almost the end of July. I have called multiple times, written an email, left a voicemail and have seen nothing in return.

An ad popped up for a product so I went to the store sight to check it out. It seemed legit so I purchased the product. This was on March 25,2023. Today is April 21,2023 and I still don't have my product. It has not even been shipped out yet. I have contacted the company twice and each time they assure me that I will receive my product. They keep saying that high demand is causing the delay.
