Misleading website selling poor quality knockoffs from China

The United Gentlemen sells cheap fake goods and refuses returns
business name: norma ecom valley
store name: the united gentlemen
The website for TheUnitedGentlemen.com shows images of quality products, however once delivered it was clear that the quality is extremely cheap. They also advertise on their site easy, no hassle returns - but after I tried to initiate returns, found they were unwilling to do any returns. Essentially fake goods and business flows for consumers.

Bait and switch fraud selling fake cashmere sweaters
The manufacturer's internal garment tags (in Chinese) explicitly listed the material composition as 26% Nylon (??) and 26% Viscose (??), confirming the item is 52% synthetic plastic/wood pulp. It contains 0% cashmere.
When confronted with the proof of fraud, "customer service" (Sophie) used deceptive tactics to avoid a refund, claiming returns to China are "seized by customs" and offering small "bribes" (10-25% refunds) to keep the fraudulent goods. I only received a refund after filing a formal bank dispute and threatening public exposure. They are using high-end photography to sell $15 synthetic garments for luxury prices.
