The owner of this business has a policy about non refundable deposits. However, when the owner cancels on a client, the client isnt receiving their deposit back. the policy states that if the client cancels, no refund. But the owner cancels, there should be a refund. There has been several people complain about how this person is unprofessional. PLEASE shut this business down!!
