I received and email stating I had got approved for $900 for rental assistance. When I replied to the email to get the process started they stop replying. I called everyday and they ignored me. I went in person and they kept saying it would come. They said the funds comes from the state and it would come when it comes. I got approved around July 2024 and still haven’t heard anything else from them. So I took it as they kept the funds
