Well, first of all it is extremely frustrating and at the same time. Hurtful because I gave them my hard. Earn money for a service or package that I never received and I've been waiting for weeks and I've been constantly trying to reach out to The wellness company. to the point where it is making me very angry. I should have never given them anything. And a woman by the name of Jennifer contacted me and said they didn't have me on record on file as if my email or gmail address wasn't legitimate. In other words, and did i have another e-mail gmail account But they keep sending me messages constantly. To my email. And what irritates me the most? They don't take phone calls when you call. During normal business hours, you can never talk to a live person And i was constantly. getting messages through my email about their special offers every day. And I'm saying where's my medical emergency package? That you guys or your organization is supposed to be sending me. That's what I'm thinking. I haven't been given any recourse. I've been leaving my phone number. And I also my email address. And they haven't done anything to resolve this situation. And when you are able to contact them, all. They will allow you to do is leave a message and you have to write that in as fast as you can. Because if you don't, you'll instantly get clicked off the line.
