I placed an order for my wedding bouquet to be preserved and after several attempts have not received updates or a completed product. I asked to cancel the order and mail my petals, they offered to do so but then said it would be for a fee. It's been 11 months since I made the payment and I dropped off my bouquet to her January 3, 2024. After coming across a Reddit forum, I decided to also file a complaint. I really don't want anyone else to have this same experience and be out the money and lose something so sentimental.
