Type of a scam Online Purchase
The site had a drawing of a jacket with examples of how to measure and compare to the size chart they posted. I measured a current jacket I wear that fits me per the drawing they had posted. I compared the size of my old jacket with the size chart. The size chart shows that I wear a Small Jacket. The size chart shows that a small is a 47" burst. The measurement of my old Jacket is 22", thus a small is what I should be wearing. I placed the order.
I received a confirmation email of the order, with the order number and tracking link. two days later I clicked on the link to check the status of the tracking and the website could no longer be reached. The site had been taken down.
I replied to the email asking for that status of me order. A couple of weeks later I received the merchandise.
The two jacket did not fit. The sleeves were two tight, the end of the sleeves does not fit over my hands, The jackets do not zip up because it was too small.
I sent email back to them and they had me send pictures of the merchandise and had me apply a measuring tape to the jackets and send pictures. I complied, after several emails back and forth. They stated that they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they do not make exchanges on merchandise because the size was wrong. I explained to them that the information was wrong on their site and their size chart indicated that I wore a small.. Them again said sorry, live with it. This was a $149.90 purchase.
