I ordered two pair of pants ... $59.97... has been approx 5 weeks. I have correspondence but it showed my order shipped on 4-18. The man, when I emailed, said it was ready to ship and since have been told two different dates. I was provided w a snapshot of tracking that didn’t have my name or anything. When questioned, I was told to pls be patient. Now the web address says store is closed. This is a scam. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered extra soft high-waisted bamboo pants with pockets from this company 2 months ago. While I saw their ads on Instagram and Facebook, they showed how to contact customer service for any cancellations or refunds and seemed legit. Unfortunately I am now realizing that thewishu.com probably doesn’t even manufacture the clothing they claim to make, and that this is just a scam.

I was given an order number and a Chinese Post tracking number, but my shipment has not moved locations in 2 months. I have contacted customer service multiple times to cancel my order and issue a refund, and employees with really terrible grammar have responded telling me to just be patient and wait ‘a few more days.’

I am also having difficulty. Now if you go to Wishu.com, it says store is closed. Has for a while now.
