Over a period of time Pauleanna Reid from TheWriterBlok carefully walked me down from charging 65k for her ghostwriting services to 15k for her book writing coaching services that included a 5k down payment. Before the down payment she was reaching out to me via text and email almost everyday. Then one day she even called me personally. I shared my thoughts on what I actually needed she agreed via text message. After I gave her the 5k down payment she told me it would be a month before she have a first draft of feedback. She led me to believe she was working on my book during this time. To find that she didn’t start on the work until 2 weeks before it was due. I cancelled the agreement and asked for a partial refund of 2500 and she refused. I’m seeking this refund because she didn’t provide the services we agreed on and instead of her telling me she really didn’t have the expertise to help me write such a book she intentionally scammed me out of my money. And I want a refund.
