Saying that the government has granted someone a grant, you are asked to get a Wal-Mart card and put a certain amount on the card then give them the card information... they tell you that you can use the grant money for anything you want to... I have been called on my phone for 5 different people... myself, my husband, my son, a former roommate and my 63 year old uncle... every time I have told them to put my number on a dnc list.... yet I still get calls... also I know that u can't use a grant for anything... this last call the guy called me "honey"... phone number called from 323-741-3873 saying California.
