I ordered the item Dec 14th and it was to be single product fast shipping. Shipping was said on website to be free but I was charged for shipping. It never arrived. I emailed several times. They finally responded on Jan 3rd. The response

“Hi there, apologies for the extremely late response as we have been experiencing staff shortages along with an increased workload over this busy festive period. In terms of the dispatch timing it does state on our website to expect delays due to the busy festive period,

In regards to why the shipment hasn't moved you will need to contact the local courier about this as we cannot contact them as the package is addressed to your name.

The tracking sends me to a website called

The item has not moved since 12/30 on this tracking. I’ve emailed the seller several times since but I no longer get a response.
