I ordered two starscopes from a Utube ad, I found out minutes later it was a scam using fake videos on how they performed, and not telescopic as they claimed. Reviews were very bad. So I cancelled my order right away. They refused and charged me the next day. I asked how to return if I got them. They never notified me anything in email how to return. I used their contact page, Their chat and ph answering service their protocall they advertised in their website to return the order. They refused to tell me. So I refused the package, return to sender labeled on package and got provincial credit on CC. I tracked the package, It has been stuck in Wayne, NJ for many days. I think it is in a dead letter place because the shipper had put a fake return address on the box. This is a scam.

Ordered this 100 dollar unit online, from Starscope. In 1 week, got a shipping delay message from starscope with very professional web site saying shipment delayed. The next day I got a notice it was delivered. Checking my mailbox there was a small padded envelope with a pair of fake blow-up reindeer antlers in it, Wrote starscope that package tracking number they gave me was from ThinkTech Sales, Ltd., not StarScope.

Bought two Visual ear cleaners. They are for Android phones. I have iPhone. Cannot reach company.to resolve. Scammed again.

I ordered 3 for 213.94 card was declined. I tried again same thing declined. So I just continued looking through site and found 3 units for 159,00 tried and was declined once again. Unfortunately I was charged for all three transactions $686 bucks. So went to my bank and they were able to get back $427. I told them to let the 3 for 159. to go through. Took awhile but got them and they did not work as advertised. Talked to CS she said send them back and call them in 5 days to see if the units made it too their warehouse...? Cost me $27.50 to return. Called the number(855-624-1303) rang once then disconnected. Guess im out the 159.00 and 27.50.SMH...Why are they still in business?

Cannot get a hold of them, they sold me three blaux coolers and lifetime warranty with no way to contact them or return my faulty products.they took over 6 weeks to get product no return information nor invoice was included.

No answer on their phone. Very frustrating.

I too ordered the Blaux portable air conditioner and after about 3 weeks I received it unfortunately. It doesn't work as I suspected. But now I can't find out how to return.

Total scam. Thankfully only $89

At least you received yours. I made the mistake of ordering one with a spare filter. I received the filter this past weekend (after several months), but have never received the actual A/C, and of course no contact information on anything that will get me any help. PayPal is useless in these matters, they get their cut and don't care after that.

I purchased 2 of these ridiculous units. I received 1. When I opened it and saw that I was to put ice into the device I did not want it. Researching on the web I found the customer service phone number so I could return it. I called and after on hold was disconnected right as the message was telling me how to better contact them. I got this from playing Words with Friends. I will let them know not to accept this company as an advertiser.

On April 2021 I bought Blaux portable air conditioner that worked for 10 seconds then quit every time ($99).
Also bought 2 extra window curtains ($25) & want to return for refund to same address? 415 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne NJ 07470. No phone #. Purchased thru Youtube ad. Shows QualitypeNJ in my bank statement. From JP - [email protected]

To Whom It May Concern,

I purchased four moveable AC units from you on April 19th, 2021. These units do not operate as described and are of no use to our offices.

At the time of purchase, I paid once, yet the units were charged to my credit card as follows:

$213.43; 115.48; 213.94; 259.42. This, and the fact there was no invoice in the box, complicated the issue.

I looked for a charge from Think Tech LTD. However, the charges were under a different name: Baux Portable AC.

I tried to contact you today @ ~11 AM (May 11th) using online information for your company. Unfortunately, the phone number to: Think Tech Sales LTD, 415 Hamburg TPKE, BLDG G, Wayne NJ 07470 was not in service at that time.

I also noted that there were many disputes have been recognized by the BBB. Customers were promised labels that they did not receive. Returns were difficult or impossible.

Today I will try your local phone number 1- (604) 227-7060. [note: this ph# is not in service]

This is my effort to save both you, the company, and me, the consumer, further exchanges which will involve ******** Bank.

My hope is that this issue will be resolved fairly.

Ordered one watch...would not take my card. Use a different
Card rejected again.
So at this point i think ok...probably a
Scam.
Then i get billed for 4. Watches
Did anyone return items and received credit.

My son bought me this watch for Christmas because I have health issues where I need to track my vitals. This watch is supposed to trace your BP, O2, STEPS TAKEN, HR, DISTANCED WALKED, and SLEEP. The BP, HR, O2 always said the same it never changed. It always had the same numbers and the sleep tracker never registered anything. It did not give an accurate number for steps take or distanced walked. I called them and asked for a refund they said I receive a defective watch and they were sending a update to the watch and it would be good. I called again told them it was no different and I wanted a refund, he said they would send me a new one that already had the update. I told him I just wanted my money back. He said he was going to give me back $11 for my inconvenience Then hung up. I received the new one and it does not registered anything. When I called back they told me it was to late for a refund because it was ordered in December of 2020. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WATCH!!!!!!!!

These products were not what they claimed to be. They don’t do anything. They look nice, I guess, but they are completely useless.

Fiz duas encomendas de quatro termometros infravermelhos no valor de 44€ tudo bem só que ao mesmo tempo inventaram duas supostas encomendas e retiraram-me
da conta através do paypal as importâncias de 306.43€ e 144.94€ tudo se passou em
Abril 2020 conclusão nem dinheiro nem nada.

Bought 2 koretrak watches and neither one gives accurate information on steps, heart rate, bp, 02, ect...funny cuz now no one will answer or return calls but didn't have a problem charging my credit card. I'M REALLY MAD and feel ripped off.

Blaux portable A/C is a scam, and returned for refund, item arrived at return center, have not seen refund or response to email I have sent, unable to contact by phone. Requesting $118.00 and $13.00 in return shipping

Think Tech Sales LTD, sends you stuff you did not order, and charges you for the stuff that is useless. You can't talk to anyone by phone, because they put you on hold for ever.

ordered a wifi extender from Think Teck Sales Ltd. A few months ago and did not receive it. When I contacted the they offered me another at 20% off. I would suggest you do not order from unless you would like to be ripped off. A chance you take! The run the other way without returning your money.

I was speaking with AT&T about an extender when Think Tech Sales information popped up. They offered a special deal I didn't intentionally choose. AT&T said they would cancel that order, but of course they couldn't or didn't. The special deal I didn't order arrived anyway and no doubt the charge is coming to my credit card. A sales person continually hounded me for a few days, by email, to purchase more products which I didn't do.

The Buy Oshen watch online website is fraudulent. I went online to check out smart watches and the first thing that came up was a sales ad by Oshen Watch. Claimed that it was rated #1 of all smartwatches. Then take you to a site where a two for the price of one promotion is occurring. Made the mistake of believing what I was reading and ordered two watches on June 3, 2020. Shipping was to happen in 30 days. Attempted to contact the company after 30 days had passed. Received an email saying that due to the virus, shipping wold take longer. Waited until July 19 and still no watches so I decided to cancel my order. Three days later received an email saying my order had been shipped with a tracking number. Emailed the company to ask why were they shipping an order that had been cancelled. Tried to pull up the tracking # and it was nonexistent. Informed company by email that I would refuse the package and return to the PO when it arrived. Received an email stating that no prepaid postage return label or authorization code form would be included and the watches were to be returned in 60 days at my expense as explained in the terms and conditions on their website. Tried to find the terms and conditions on the website but do not exist. On July 29, received a package from Think Tech Sales, LTD. Attempted to look up this company which is also nonexistent at the address given. Called a phone # on the package but nothing is there but an answering machine. Please do not waste your money on an Oshen watch because it is definitely a scam. Another person ordered from the same site. Received a fake smartwatch with no charger.
