Bought 2 Oshenwatch’s for my grandchildren, the day I received them they didn’t work, immediately called for refund which of course they don’t answer. Emailed them and they said sure, just send to our return department and upon receipt I would be refunded, Lie, Lie.

Been going back and forth on promises and now at 7 months was told it’s been more than 180 days we can’t refund you? They now have $108 of my money and their product, I believe that is called stealing.

Stay away far away SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered never received. Been two months ordered 12/8/2020. Won’t refund said on its way that was three weeks ago
