I received a phone call from a man who claimed to run a no-kill animal shelter and was seeking monetary donations for the upkeep of the animals and maintenance of the shelter. He claimed that due to flooding, the shelter had considerable water damage that they could not afford to pay. He requested that I donate on the shelter's website, however, when I googled the shelter the website seemed unfinished and there was no other mentions of the shelter on google.
