Type of a scam Employment
I did not confirm the interview time, but these people did still call me the following day after I received the text message. The person on the other end of the phone called from a local number, said his name was Bruno and described himself as the Hiring Manager though he sounded like a very young gentleman fresh out of school. I asked details on the CEO and they told me his name was "Nikesh Patel" whom if you search alongside the company name does not have any success. After pressing further I asked the young man what role he was calling me for, at which he responded "we have three areas open are you interested in xyz...." which is not typical of any hiring manager. He proposed connecting me with the other hiring manger, whose name was Chelsey B. and had been emailing the unwarranted interview times. I asked if he could give me her surname so I could look her up and he said "You're asking too many personal questions." At this point I wasn't interested in going further, I told the young man not to call me back again.
At a time like this in 2020, we can't have scams like this where people truly need employment and there are horrible people out here looking to take the little they have left. I'm not sure where this would have gone had I gone to their "offices" for a "20 minute in-person interview" but I can assure you it would not have been something positive.
