Instead of addressing my concerns, Linda suggested that I review the delivery certificate and check my security camera, implying that the package may have been stolen.
Linda then offered a 15% discount coupon as a gesture of goodwill. This response is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for my concerns and the significant issues with my order.
Thissporty's website misrepresents the products they sell. The quality of the items I received is significantly below expectations, and the customer service I have experienced has been extremely poor.
I have already filed a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charges for this order.
I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly research Thissporty before placing any orders. Numerous negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau website indicate a pattern of deceptive practices and poor customer service.
