I went to purchase a puppy from Thomas Chris on December 23. The dog was supposed to be shipped to my address. I paid $800 and was told I need to pay $1500 in refundable insurance due to a shipping error for aFrench bulldog puppy or the dog could not be delivered. I also received an email and a phone call about this payment needed. I refuse to pay and would not be given back my money that I requested as a return.
