Avoid at all costs, a complete fraud. I did an extensive remodel, and I decided to get my house appraised before listing it. Some simple research allowed me to come up with more accurate numbers than these clowns. It took multiple calls and 3 weeks to get my appraisal back, and it was extremely low. I listed for more than their garbage appraisal and got another 25k on top of what I listed for. I was, unfortunately, in a rush due to a two week contingency. Their appraisal is completely irrelevant, so do your research or get a competent appraiser, please avoid these frauds!

This guy is not only a jerk, he is running a scam! He repeatedly insisted the seller of the home we were buying make multiple “fix repairs” after he knew full well there were NONE to make. The house was in immaculate condition and this greedy [censored] delayed us by weeks for the move. With the help of our Realtor, we finally convinced the lender to throw out his “report” which was really just a means for him to CONTINUE BILLING US! Ridiculous! Evidently Tough Guy Tommy felt it pertinent to continue with his behavior, despite our objections. That’s fine! It’s time to get loud about Scammers like this and this type of shady shady business practices going on. Thank goodness for websites like this, and I’m certain there are many many many more, where people like myself get a voice to tell the story over and over and over so other unsuspecting victims know what he’s doing, and can promptly remove him from their transactions. Kudos, little Tommy! Hopefully you build a better business model and stop running a dishonest one in Jackson, Michigan!
