A man named Thomas Noble attempted to obtain 5000 from my elderly aunt. He stated he is a tax adjustor and she owed that much and needed to pay that amount. He gave her a business card with the address of 36 Ardmore Rd. he was a younger man between 25-35, brown hair, white. My aunt did not fall for it but i want to make sure he can no longer target elderly people in the community.
