Scammer logged into DAT(Trucking load board) and stole our agents credentials, the scammer then proceeded to post over a dozen loads with high margins. The agent was made aware and quickly took down all of the postings, however not before several were picked up and delivered. These truck carriers are now calling our company for payments. These were ****** loads and ****** is known for paying the carrier pretty quickly. So now, the scammer has been paid and the truck carrier is simply an innocent bystander. We have tried multiple times to reach someone at ****** and have not had success. We do not have a company name, as the name "used" was our company. We have only communicated via email.
