A gentleman contacted me by email and sent me a confirmation from elite chihuahuas about adopting a Shichon puppy. They then text me from a number 406-224-4242 and told me to fill out the contract and email it to [email protected]. He told me the puppy was 700 plus 200 for shipping the puppy to me. I ask him if I could pay for shipping the pay the remaining amount once I receive the puppy. He agreed and told me to cash app him 400.00. The person said his name was Thomas Kane. I then cash app him 400.00. After I sent him 400.00 he refuse to answer my call and never sent me any information on shipping the puppy to me
