I ordered 2 dog beds on March 25th. Still never received and their website, email , etc doesnt exist anymore. Highly upset. Lost 90 dollars to them. Definitely was a scam!

I as well got scammed. I ordered 2 beds back in March 12 and it says shipped no tracking number. Emailed them several times getting a canned response then one day emails started getting bounced back with error messages and sure enough the site is down. And no way to call or find these scam artists.

On May 30, 2021 I ordered 2 dog beds for $99 from the Thor and Albert website. I originally found the product on Pinterest. I check on my order in April and it said it was shipping. Today (May 23, 2021) I tried to contact the company and the website is no longer in existence. I work with students with special needs, so I don’t make much. I also have 4 teenagers at home. This was the only money I had budgeted for my dogs. I have not found a phone number or address for this company. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated!!

That is the only money I budgeted for my dogs. I work with students with special needs and I have 4 teenagers so this just really sucks! I’m never ordering from something I saw on Pinterest again!

I ordered a dog bed February 10th and had not received any information for two months. I sent an email to support and actually received a response April 13th. They said my order had already been processed and it might take another couple of weeks. I sent another email May 21st, and got an error that their Customer Support email address no longer existed. Their website is also gone. Lost $89.99 to these folks.

Legitimate looking website, custom products, reasonable pricing. Now the site is gone. I originally found it on Pinterest and it’s still appears there, but the site is down now. Ordered items and they took my money, sent me a confirmation email and now they’re just gone.
