Business was advertised on Facebook. Had an extensive website showing various products that were on sale. Prices were reasonable for higher quality "costume", "cosplay", or "replica" items. Appeared to be a company based in China, so a little leery about the quality and shipping. No phone number and only email for support were also not great, but not uncommon for many digital stores. Received a confirmation email as expected. Also received shipping and processing confirmation with a tracking number. The last and only emails were received within 24 hours of purchase. No reply to email sent to same address requesting update on shipping/delivery as tracker website was not USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. The item was supposed to be an XL wide-brim hat. It arrived in a box that was 5 in by 7 in by 12 in. It was crushed into the box in a bag and it is a soft brim. Hat did not fit (too small) which would have been a different issue if it had actually arrived in undamaged condition. Damages occur in shipping, but the box was fine. All damage to the hat was caused by the shipper cramming it into a box to make it fit.
