I ordered two Zipper Tech Case with Pockets and 60 Page 0.3" Rule Notebook Blush ( SKU: 89081027 ) on Oct 6, 2024. I received two emails confirming the order, then I checked my account and found that $2.50 extra had been taken from the account. When I contacted [email protected], which was linked in the email. A customer service representative (Allen) emailed back and said the extra charge would be refunded after package is delivered. I have been tracking my package and noticed that your tracking system states that it was delivered on 28 Oct 2024 @ 11:49am. I have not received the two items. I have emailed customer support four times on October 9, 28, 30 & Nov 2.
