The ad was listed on OfferUP for a set of washer and dryer for $320.00 + 25.00 delivery charge. The appliances were delivered on Monday 13, immediately after purchase, I noticed the power cord was cut. I contacted the guy who is the son of the owner business located in 3161 E 10th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013 where the washer and dryer came from. He promised to come back on the same day to exchange the washer. He didn't come until Wednesday night with another washer that is also broken it leaks from all over the place. When contacted again he is refusing to refund or exchange. He sold us trash and kept our money on a time of crisis(COVID-19) he took advantage of the situation and is robbing people. Also, he didn't have any personal protective gear like a mask or gloves on to prevent the spread of the corona virus. This business needs to be checked out for fraud and also posing a threat as a health hazard.
