Thrive is a membership that you pay $14.95 monthly. They commit you to a yearly contract. On numerous occasions, the most recent being October 19, I attempted to take my dog in for an emergency vet appointment. They never have any appointments available until weeks out. When I went in today, I was refused service because they told me that I was only seeing a tech and that I needed to see an emergency room.
