I ordered a hair remover from this company and it took over a month to receive. It wasn't a big issue because I knew it had to be coming from China. When I received the product it was used and had was ruined. I contacted the email on the product and was told I was unable to get a refund due to the product being opened. They said they would send me a replacement. I do not want a replacement due to the fact that the product already come completely unsanitary. It was a product on a TikTok shop and seemed legit however since they now sell shapewear and you see nothing about the hair remover. I should have realized when the email was a gmail account but didn't notice until I contacted them. I just go not want other to get completely ripped off by this company.
