It was a partner site to viral check that gets birth certificates from mn. I don't know what purpose it was supposed to serve. But initially they charged $2.00, then took $.65 2 times, and since they've tried to take $.65 another 13 times, tried for 11 more bucks twice, and one more time for $69.95. my card has the company flagged now and I haven't had to pay anything else, but they are trying to charge my card more and more often. Twice today, 3 times if you count the one at 3am. They need to be put to a stop. These attempts are out of hand. I was only letting a friend pay for his birth certificate with my card and the problem keeps occurring.
