I paid 32.89 rotating multi layered 4 tiered shelf! I am expecting a whole refund. I paid thru PayPal!

I ordered was 2 Rotating multi-layer kitchen shelves at $49.98. What I received was 2 USB cables that can be purchased at the Dollar Store for $1.00 ea, or can be purchased online for $1.25 ea. I reached out to them once I received the wrong product and they said it was a mistake and that I had two choices; either return to CHINA (1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.) for a full refund, or accept a 40% discount and keep the product.

I will not pay $70.00 to return these cords to China when they shipped from their warehouse in Kent, WA! I offered to return to the WA address as that is where they were sent from, but that option was denied. I will not pay $30.00 to keep these cheap cords.

They are counting on people to be gullible and take their offer once they see how much it cost to ship back to China. This is a scam to offer one product and send another and then offer a refund and still make a hefty profit from a false sale. Since my order, their website is no longer available online. The package I received was a 4"x7" envelope, so they knew they were not sending rotating kitchen shelves.
