They have an ad running throughout instagram. The ad I saw was for a Love Knot Necklace, Love Knot Earrings and package protection coverage. I paid for it online on December 15, 2022. The confirmation says that the shipping would be between 2-3 business day. Those days came and went. I emailed for a status….a “Sarah Kirkman” emails back saying that due to an overwhelming amount of orders my order was delayed. Then I emailed again about 2 weeks after asking for status again….then Sarah says that the delay now was due to extreme weather conditions and that she would ship on out the next day and i would receive it in a couple of days. A couple days came and went…so I asked for a refund, no answer from “Sarah”, I email again for a refund and no reply back.
