Wow, I have been SCAMMED - DO NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered a pool 15ftX48 in on 20 June 2020 and paid $198.99 US (over $300 Canadian). Immediately following my order, i was quite concern to see a cover for 6ft X20in for this pool and soon realized this was false advertising. I immediately requested my order be cancelled. I never received the pool and I am out my $$$$$.

charged me $250.00 for a 15x48 Pool I waited over two months and when it arrived it was a tiny 12 inch pool! They never responded to any of my request for information and when they Finally did, said they would give me $20.00 back?!?!? Maybe they don’t realize they ripped me off and took $250.00 from me then turn around and insult me by saying they will refund me $20.00 and I will have to pay for and take care of shipping it back! Bad bad bad business bad company bad customer service! TERRIBLE! WORSE THAN TERRIBLE! Below is a picture of my receipt and Trust me not what I got the pool they sent the little kiddie pool isn’t even big enough for my 90 lb Rottweiler! This company is a SCAM! Stealing from hard working honest people who just wanted to give there kids a little summer fun during the quarantine. I am furious they ripped us off but even more upset the ripped my kids off!

I ordered a camera from this company. I've been waiting since June 20/20. Its aug 21 20 now. I get to the mailbox all excited that it FINALLY made it after all this time. And all they sent me was a cheap [censored] phone stand. I try to go back to the store to see about returns.i find out the website dosent exist anymore. What a bunch of bs.

I ordered a 10ft X30in pool from LOKRILEI on July 2nd I received a package on 7/23 I received a 6x20 for 324.72 I could not get it contact with this bs seller they sent a BS email "as a good gesture refund $20 and I can keep the "pool" LMFAO oh I almost forgot the pump to blow up the pool needs a European Outlet gtfoh! PayPal is not even trying to help me out even though I provided all confirmation emails and screenshots they requested.. It's absolutely REDICULOUS

Ordered a 15 ft x 48 ft pool with filter pump, ground cover and pool cover. Received a 15 inch pool with an air pump! I was able to contact company through email, company will only reimburse 20 dollars. I asked for shipping info to send it back but now I just keep getting the exact same email of their previous reply but the reimbursement amount keeps getting lower! Do not order from this company!

Same happened to me order the same pool a tiny box arrived over 2 months later! They took my $250.00 and when I finallly got a response they told me they would refund me $20. And I would have to pay for shipping to send it back! Sickens me, but lesson learned .

I purchased something from this website a month back. I have not received any shipping information or other contact. I emailed them and received a very sketchy and generic email saying it will take an additional 15-20 business days for shipping. I can no longer access the website, it seems to not be active anymore.
